I stewed a whole chicken yesterday and made a chicken and sausage gumbo tonight. It's been cold and windy all day so the gumbo warmed us up and filled us up too.

We aint eating it yet but here's some kimchi we whipped up last night. It'll ferment for a couple days on the counter, cause I like it sour, before hitting the fridge. It's amazing what kind of stomach problems this stuff will straighten out.
